The Enrollment Process

Enrollment is a simple 3 step process:

  1. Schedule a parent visit to observe our classroom in action and see if our environment is a good fit for your child.
  2. We meet to discuss our philosophy and answer any questions you may have about our program.
  3. Your child visits us (the amount if time depends on how old your child is) to see how he or she responds to our environment.

Tuition 2024-2025

  Morning (8 AM-11:45 AM) School Day (8 AM – 2:25 PM) School Day+ (8 AM – 3:25 PM) Full Day (7:45 AM – 5:00 PM)
Toddler & Preschool $10,600 $12,522 $14,009 $15,580

You only pay Tuition. At TCH there are no hidden fees, such as yearly enrollment deposits, facility or materials fees, insurance fees, etc.

Tuition

  • New Student Deposit. A signed parent agreement, tuition contract, along with the 10% deposit are required within 14 days of your acceptance letter to secure enrollment for the following school year.
  • Returning Student Deposit. A signed parent agreement, tuition contract, along with the 10% deposit are required by March 1 (post dated June 1st), of the current school year, to secure enrollment for the following school year.
  • Tuition Schedule: Full tuition minus the 10% deposit, divided into 10 equal payments beginning August 1 and ending May 1.
  • Extra Hour Requests. $20 per hour (requires 24-hour notice and dependent upon space available)
  • Annual tuition increases by 4% per year.

Download this zip file of all the forms you are required to complete and sign a zip file of all the enrollment forms (forms 1-9 below). Or download just the individual files you need below. Click the link to open; or Right click and “Save link as” or “Save target as” to save to your hard drive.

Please print out forms 1-9. Complete them and return them to school at your first parent-teacher conference. All these forms need to be on file before your child starts school.

Please be sure to read forms 9a-d (no need to print them), then sign 9 (Receipt of Policies Acknowledged) to confirm that you have read them.
